Carla Bell, Senior Property Manager, has been with Greenstone properties since 2013. She joined the team and immediately set forth to reduce operating expenses at Milton Park Office Park with efficiency while providing a high level of service to the tenants and maintaining the buildings and grounds commensurate with a Class A office environment.
In 2017 Carla began the task of building a property management team for the newly constructed Class A Encore Office Building that will house the HD Supply Leadership Development Center building owned and developed by Greenstone Properties located in the Northwest Atlanta Office Market.
Carla is responsible for the daily operations and management of the Encore Office Building. Her duties include but are not limited to rent collection, billing, developing annual operating budgets, monthly financial statements including property narratives and budget variance explanations, construction management, tenant relations, review and approval of expenditures, providing direction and leadership to maintenance, security and janitorial staff and supervise service contractors to assure they maintain the highest possible standards in conjunction with function, performance and safety.
Additionally she consults and coordinates all property management endeavors for the company.
Carla has 19 years’ experience in commercial property management including office, medical and industrial space within the Atlanta area.
Her education includes a focus on Business Administration at Georgia State University.
Among her interests are hiking, camping, yoga and community volunteer work including the Chattahoochee Nature Center and Road Trip Home, and animal rescue program.
