DETAILS

City Center was a 12.5 acres located at the intersection of Peachtree and Piedmont.  It was purchased in January 2004.  In March 2004 2 acres were sold to Wood Partners/Novare Group.  The remaining 10+ acres were sold to Cousins Properties in February 2005.  City Center was an investment partnership of private individuals.  Short term acquisition financing was provided by Guaranty Bank.
